PLUMSTED TOWNSHIP

WHEREAS, the Open Public Meetings Act of 1996 requires public bodies to provide notice of all meetings in an effort to enhance the proper functions of the Democratic process; and 

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Plumsted Municipal Utilities Authority to implement and adhere to the provisions of said Act.

               NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Plumsted Township Municipal Utilities Authority, of the Township of Plumsted, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. That pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, Section 13, the Plumsted Municipal Utilities Authority does hereby designate the following dates for its 2013 and 2014 meetings unless otherwise modified by a resolution of the Authority for the months of February 2013 through January 2014, inclusive.  Regular meetings are scheduled to begin at 6PM.  Formal action may be taken at the regular meetings beginning at 6PM:          

2. SCHEDULE OF 2013 PLUMSTED MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY

   MEETING DATES:

1. All meetings shall be held in the Municipal Building and a copy of this resolution shall be posted and maintained throughout the year on the Bulletin Board, front entrance hall, Municipal Building, 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, New Jersey.

2. A copy of this resolution shall be mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the following newspapers circulated in Ocean County, said meetings to be published as a public service:

( a)     The Tri Town News	(c) The Trenton Times
(b)     The Asbury Park Press	(d) Messenger Press

3. A copy of this resolution shall be filed with the Secretary of the Municipal Utilities Authority.
